Roles & Responsibilities

• Assists in the recruitment and selection of performing artistes.
• Coordinates practices and rehearsal schedules for all performing artistes.
• Monitors and reports the work progress of all performing artistes.
• Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances.
• Conducts market research, gathers information on latest trends to improve business prospects.
• Plans, designs, and produces solutions while managing all project delivery elements within time limit.
• Liaises with customers to identify their needs and to ensure customers’ satisfaction. ·
• Promotes the Company’s business via social media platforms.
