ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• * Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.
• * Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.
• * Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.
• * Monitor performers’ attendance, performance quality, and work progress.
• * Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.
• * Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.
• * Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.
• * Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.
• * Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
