Run store operations

  • Receive, price, stock, and rotate inventory, and flag low or out-of-stock items
  • Build and refresh promotional displays and keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked

Support wholesale accounts

  • Help coordinate wholesale orders with the wholesale team, store staff, and delivery personnel so orders are accurate and on time
  • Monitor product availability, communicate shortages or delays, and keep wholesale customers informed

Drive marketing, events, and community engagement

  • Create photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, and other channels featuring new products, private barrel selections, tastings, and events
  • Help produce signage, flyers, email content, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate and promote tastings, product demos, vendor events, and seasonal promotions
  • Represent the store at events and trade shows, and build partnerships with local businesses through our Celebrate Local initiatives

What You Will Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year in retail management or supervision
  • POS and cash handling experience
  • Strong communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be 21 or older
  • No felony convictions (required by state law for employees of licensed liquor retailers)

Preferred

  • Experience in wine and spirits retail
  • CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) or CSS (Certified Spirits Specialist) certification
  • Comfort creating social media content

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
