At Gi Group, we have embarked on an exciting project with a major multinational company in the retail sector. This company has more than 900 stores in Italy and is now expanding significantly in Spain.

We are currently looking for a 2nd Manager who wants to join this project

Your mission will be to guarantee the correct functioning of the store in SALAMANCA, coordinating the team and ensuring the fulfillment of operational and commercial objectives.

What you'll do

• Management of the store's workforce.
• Security checks and regulatory compliance.
• Continuous relationship with the person responsible for objective control.
• Store setup and replenishment of goods.
• Warehouse reorganization and deadline control.
• Cash register operations and cash control.
• Compliance with store opening and closing.
• Customer service and support.

What we are looking for in you

• Solid experience as a 2nd store manager or responsible sales assistant
• Experience in KPI management.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Customer orientation and commercial aptitude.
• Availability to work in continuous/split shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Knowledge and use of IT tools.
