About the role
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the Store Manager’s right hand, helping lead the team and ensuring our store is always at its best.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our Farro 4 journey to life, keeping service at the heart of everything we do, maximising sales through great availability and ordering, and creating a store environment where both customers and team members love to be.
You’ll inspire, coach and support our team, helping develop our future leaders and building a culture where people can grow and thrive.
You’ll also step into the Acting Store Manager role two days per week and during periods of leave, giving you the opportunity to lead the store, make decisions and continue developing your leadership capability.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and inspiring the team to deliver an exceptional Farro experience.
- Creating a welcoming and premium food market environment for every customer.
- Supporting the Store Manager with the smooth running of our seven-day operation.
- Driving sales through strong product availability, ordering and stock management.
- Coaching and developing Farro team members and future leaders.
- Ensuring our processes, procedures and high standards are consistently delivered.
- Jumping in wherever needed — because great leaders are always part of the team.
