We are looking for an Assistant Manager in our VALENCIA EL MANAR store on a full-time basis. If you have energy, love animals, and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

• Support Management in the direction, training, and motivation of the people team
• Contribute to boosting store sales and achieving set objectives
• Support Management in stock management to minimize losses
• Support Management in achieving excellent visual merchandising standards
• Support Management in the implementation of all actions regarding commercial policy
• Support management in leading the team to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with the organization's internal policies and procedures

What do you need to stand out in this position?

• Previous commercial and operational management experience in similar roles
• Ability for initiative and leadership, having a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude
• Good communicator, empathetic, with the ability to argue points and motivate teams
• Customer orientation
• Development potential
