Assistant Store Manager

About the role

At Healthy Poke, a leading chain in healthy fast food, we are looking for a committed Second Store Manager with organizational and leadership skills. If you are passionate about healthy eating, have experience coordinating teams, and enjoy providing excellent service, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:

- Support the Manager in supervising and coordinating the store's daily operations.

- Replace the Manager in their absence, ensuring the proper functioning of the establishment.

- Collaborate in managing and motivating the kitchen and counter team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

- Supervise compliance with the brand's quality, hygiene, and service standards.

- Support inventory control, supplier orders, and waste management.

- Help organize staff shifts and schedules.

- Resolve customer issues and communicate basic reports to head office.

- Ensure the proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), offering a fast, healthy, and quality experience.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in fast food or healthy eating, and in team management.

- Leadership and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene regulations.

- Customer orientation, proactivity, and organizational skills.

- Schedule flexibility and availability to work weekends.
