The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for the supervision of Bartenders and location(s) assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age;
- Prior experience in a customer service position handling cash transactions and safeguarding funds;
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact in a professional manner;
- Nice, friendly, and willing to work attitude;
- Excellent productivity, adaptability, self-drive, ownership and accountability, time management, focus;
- Ability to communicate precise and concise information to the right people at the appropriate time;
- Proficiency in the use of PC computer software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
- Gaming registration, other work cards may be required depending on jurisdiction;
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays when required;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
