Assistant Store Manager (Multi-Brand Operations)

The Assistant Store Manager supports the daily operations, sales performance, and team leadership supporting two food service retail brands. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain operational excellence, and uphold brand standards across two food service brands. The Assistant Store Manager serves as a key leader in developing team members, managing inventory, and ensuring consistency in execution while adapting to the unique requirements of each brand.

Essential Functions

• Assist in leading day-to-day operations, coaching, and developing store associates across both food service establishments.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused work environment.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
• Model company values and professional leadership behaviors.
• Assist with daily opening and/or closing procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge for both store brands.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor cash handling, and deposits.
• Assist Store Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Ensure both stores maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Support staffing and scheduling across locations as business needs require.
• Assist with special projects, store launches, remodels, and cross-brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and sales management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Manager Certification a plus but not required
• Experience in a food service, a plus.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform stockroom duties.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate face-to-face with guests and Krewe team members.

This position may require availability for:

• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Early mornings and/or evenings
• Holidays
• Outdoor patio cleaning and maintenance, weather permitting

Pay: $34,000.00 - 36,000.00 per year
