We are looking for a Second Manager for our NEW CORTEFIEL store at CC Splau, in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.

We offer a permanent contract with a 40-hour workweek and availability to work rotating shifts.

Start date would be immediate.

What you'll do

Some of your duties as Second-in-Charge / Assistant Manager of the store will be:

- Customer service and loyalty,
- Fitting room service and control,
- Maintaining the image of the store, cash desk, and fitting rooms,
- POS handling,
- Organization, cleaning, and order of the warehouse,
- Collaborating in visual merchandising and window display changes.
- Team leadership, providing support to the Store Manager.
- Control and supervision of commercial KPIs.
- Integral management of the point of sale and the team

What we're looking for

Residency in CORNELLÀ or good communication with the store
Experience as a Manager or Second Manager in textile sector stores or similar.
High customer orientation.
Proactivity.
Availability to work rotating shifts
Experience in KPI management.
Leadership and staff development
