Position: Assistant stylist Location: Kochi / Bangalore / Chennai (must be willing to travel) Employment Type: Full-time Eligibility & Requirements A degree in any discipline is mandatory. A degree in Fashion or a related field will be an added advantage. Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 12 years of experience in a similar role may also apply. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing schedules and project deadlines. Willingness to travel and work closely with the stylist during shoots, events, and other professional assignments. Key Responsibilities Assist the stylist in daily activities and ongoing styling projects. Coordinate outfits, accessories, fittings, and styling requirements. Support photoshoots, celebrity appearances, events, and other fashion-related assignments. Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and project coordination. Communicate professionally with clients, designers, brands, and other team members. Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Internship & Compensation Initial 2-month internship: Unpaid. Post-internship compensation: To be discussed based on performance and mutual agreement. Travel expenses: Covered by the company for work-related travel. Accommodation: Provided when required for outstation assignments. Important Note This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently. Styling projects, celebrity assignments, shoots, and events may involve irregular working hours, early starts, late finishes, and schedule changes.
