Join Our Team as an Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor!

Job Description:

Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure smooth daily operations, including managing customer orders and staff assignment
Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in processing vouchers, cash, credit, and debit transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively support sales targets and customer engagement
Enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Handle customer feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably within the customer service or food service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges with resilience
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role
