Assistant Supply Chain Planning Manager
Location: Ratchathewi,Krung Thep Maha Nakhon,Thailand
What you will do?
Drive improvement initiatives that transform our supply chain processes while keeping them aligned with our business goals
Own the entire chain from demand planning to inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring products are always available when customers need them
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, leading meetings that keep everyone in sync
Track and elevate key performance indicators like Fast FFM Rate, Stock CVD, and inventory accuracy
Champion exciting projects from system upgrades to process improvements that take our operations to the next level
What you will need?
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar fields
At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or online retail
A talent for leadership with amazing communication skills that inspire teams
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in our fast-paced environment
An analytical mind with keen attention to detail and a passion for digital innovations
Deep knowledge of inventory systems, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics optimization
Experience collaborating with 3PL partners and working across multiple e-commerce platforms
Strategic thinking with a knack for creative problem-solving and continuous improvement
Able to communicate in English
