Assistant System Analyst (Intelligent Technology) (REF: IT/ASA)

Responsibilities:

· Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering with business users/stakeholders for IT projects.

· Gather, analyse and translate business needs into functional / business requirements, backend logic, system workflow, data / integration requirements in project documents.

· Perform test case validation including requirement vs solutions check, logic and data validation, fix verification.

· Prepare test scenarios and test cases, support test case execution and defect analysis.

· Act as bridge between business users / stakeholders, technical teams.

· On-demand support on Intelligent Technology initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology related disciplines.

· 1 year + relevant experience in IT / system environments, quality management, project management and other related experience in digital field.

· Fresh graduates will also be considered.

· Curious, practical, and eager to experiment with new AI tools.

· Ability to apply basic coding knowledge to assist the team in building AI Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

· Hand-on experience in internal QA, UAT, or testing support would be an advantage.

· Able to explain complex logic with well-organized, detail-minded, logical mind.

· Accurate problem-solving skills, good documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

· Fluent in Cantonese and English verbal and written communication skills.
