Assistant Table Games Shift Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 4+ years in a table games supervisory role preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and table games operating systems.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong understanding of table games operations and protection.

• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain required gaming licenses and certifications (TIPS/CARE, First Aid/AED).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.

• Supervise team members and manage overall operations of a designated table games shift.

• Support operational goals and monitor performance, profit objectives, and guest satisfaction.

• Assist with departmental scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the Shift Manager.

• Support the budget process and report concerns to management as needed.

• Promote and ensure excellent guest service in line with company standards.

• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to oversee guest service, comps, game layout, revenue growth, and expense control.

• Share responsibility for team engagement, coaching, and addressing concerns.

• Ensure accountability of gaming equipment, chips, cards, and dice.

• Assist with table inventories, table limits, and documentation.

• Maintain game integrity and security throughout the shift.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters.
