Job Summary

The Assistant Teacher supports main teachers by supervising children, ensuring their safety, assisting with classroom management, preparing learning materials, and providing routine care to create a safe and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children under care continuously to ensure their safety and well-being during lessons
• Monitor children proactively and anticipate classroom needs to support smooth lesson flow
• Assist main teachers in preparing learning resources and materials for effective teaching
• Support main teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining order
• Provide routine care including assistance with toileting, diaper changing, and serving food to children
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom to promote a safe learning environment
