Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Assist with classroom organization and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff
- Feed infants and assist with daily care routines
- Change diapers in accordance with established procedures
- Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework is a plus)
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

- Monday–Friday daytime hours — No nights or weekends!
- Additional pay for hours worked after 4:00 PM
