NCS Early Learning Village (Infants–Twos)

Nashville Christian School Early Learning Village is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support in our Infant, Toddler, or Twos classrooms. This role supports the Lead Teacher in daily routines, supervision, and hands-on care within a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma required; early childhood experience preferred

• Ability to meet the physical demands of childcare

• Commitment to Christian values and teamwork

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, year-round position with scheduled holidays and breaks

• Pay range: $15–$17 per hour, depending on background and experience
