Responsibilities:

Analyzing business requirements related to Risk Management in the areas of Credit Risk Management,
Capital Risk, Non-Retail Risk, IFRS9, Credit RWA, risk Calculation and not limited to Modelling.
Gathering requirements and documenting requirement specifications.
Effectively communicating business requirement with analytical insights and plans to management level and cross-functional team members.
Working closely with users to determine best IT solutions and design, and close the gap between users and IT developers.
Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) when needed.
Arranging the meeting with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, Statistic or any related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Knowledge in Banking business is a must (Risk Management or Finance)
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to positively contribute to the overall success of the project team are required.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Adaptive and Problem-Solving issue.
Strong communication in Thai and English
Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python) and analytic tool (Tableau) are an advantage
