- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery of digital HR services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital HR, and propose innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring successful implementation of HR technologies.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of HR systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance, implementing measures to protect sensitive HR information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a HR leadership role, with a strong background in digital HR technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project management and oversight, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and experience with HR technology platforms.
