Assistant Vice President - Front Office Trading Platforms Support
You will provide L1 and L2 production support for trading and execution platforms across Fixed Income, FX, and Structured Products, maintain trade execution and booking workflows, monitor alerts and incidents, manage user access, support platform changes and testing, and maintain audit documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver L1 and L2 production support for trading and execution platforms
- Maintain trade execution continuity, booking accuracy, and STP workflows
- Monitor trade capture issues, booking breaks, rejects, and platform alerts
- Respond to platform incidents and user issues
- Log, triage, and manage incidents using ServiceNow
- Coordinate incident resolution with global teams, vendors, brokers, and infrastructure teams
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, book access, and entitlements
- Support client and trader enablement on execution platforms
- Participate in upgrades, cutovers, end-of-life activities, and release coordination
- Perform testing, user validation, and UAT connectivity testing
- Gather audit evidence
- Maintain runbooks, procedures, and documentation
Requirements
- L1 and L2 production support experience
- Knowledge of trading and execution platforms
- Knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, and Structured Products
- Incident management skills
- Ability to coordinate with global teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams
- User access management skills
- Testing and UAT experience
- Audit and documentation skills
