Assistant Vice President, Investment Advisory TH
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide training on savings products, financial planning, and asset allocation—including insurance and investment products—as well as develop the capability to deliver investment advisory services to sales staff and Relationship Managers.
- Serve as a speaker to educate branch employees and customers on investment situations and savings products, in order to build proper investment understanding and the right mindset among customers and staff.
- Serve as a speaker to provide branch employees with knowledge on financial planning across various topics, including planning for specific customer objectives such as tax planning, retirement planning, education planning, and holistic financial planning.
- Prepare analytical reports on investment situations and provide recommendations, including communicating appropriate asset allocation strategies that match customers’ risk levels, prioritizing the customer’s risk‑adjusted return as the primary consideration.
- Monitor the outcomes of investment advisory services and provide recommendations to adjust investment portfolios to align with changing market conditions, revised risk tolerance, or updated investment objectives, ensuring customers achieve their expected long‑term returns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor 's Degree in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
- Financial Professional license or related qualification is a plus i.e. CFA level II candidate, Investment Consultant License, Investment Planner License
- 3 years of experience of Investment or Investment analysis background (Buy-side experience is highly preferred i.e. Fund Manager, Asst. Fund Manager, Buy-side Investment Analyst, Asst. Investment Analyst)
- Knowledge and analytical skill in Investment areas (Economics, Financial Instruments, etc.)
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Offices Tools, Financial related program i.e. Bloomberg, Morningstar is a plus
- Keen and eager to learn and consistently to improve learning curve
- Presentation and communication skills
