Assistant Vice President, IT Infrastructure (Network Services)

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for plan, design, install, administer and support the bank’s network and Internet connections.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for daily network operation and maintenance, including fixed (LAN/WAN) networks, wireless connectivity, and Internet services.

• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining next-generation firewalls to safeguard banking assets. including policy optimization, deploying Site-to-Site IPsec VPNs

• Deploying and managing enterprise load balancer and Nginx, including virtual servers, pools, and custom iRules or traffic policies.to ensure seamless performance and high availability of critical banking applications.

• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise Wi-Fi networks, including mobility controllers, access points, management platforms and Network Access Control (NAC).

• Partner with application development teams to design and provision robust network environments for development, testing, and production phases.

• Provide high-tier technical troubleshooting to rapidly resolve complex network and connectivity incidents.

• Actively share technical expertise and project experience with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.Demonstrate a strong understanding of team dynamics to work effectively across diverse engineering, development, and operational.

• Assist to define network & security related policy and baseline.

• Sound knowledge in EIGRP and OSPF technology

• Overseas branch network support

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related professional training.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in networking infrastructure support.

• CCNP\HCIP\H3CSE Or F5, Aruba certification will be an advantage.

• Sound Mainframe technical skills and familiar with banking data center operation.

• Thorough knowledge of a variety of computer hardware and utilities.

• Experience in SLA, Problem, Change & Incident management.

• Possess domain knowledge of retail banking
