Assistant Vice President Lead Frontend Engineer

You will lead the design and maintenance of a framework-agnostic UI design system and reusable component library. You will standardize user journeys, guide migrations, optimize page performance, and implement theming systems that support multiple brands, dark and light modes, and accessible color palettes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain a framework-agnostic UI design system
• Ensure UI components meet accessibility and design standards
• Standardize user journeys across APAC markets
• Design architectures that support regional variation within a unified codebase
• Lead migration to the standardized component library
• Optimize UI and page-load performance through code splitting, image optimization, and build-pipeline enhancements
• Design and implement a theming system for multi-brand, dark-mode, light-mode, and accessible styling

Requirements

• 8+ years of UI design, component engineering, or product engineering experience
• 5+ years leading or architecting large-scale design systems
• 3+ years in a senior or leadership role
