Assistant Vice President, Private Wealth Management
Summary
Advises high-net-worth clients on investments and manages their portfolios in a private wealth management firm, ensuring regulatory compliance and growing assets under management.
Job Description
- Develop and acquire High Net Worth clients through proactive prospecting .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
- Provide investment advisory and develop strategies aligned with clients’ objectives and risk profiles.
- Identify opportunities to grow assets under management and expand client relationships.
- Support product management activities, including product design, pricing, lifecycle management, and portfolio reviews.
- Support client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, and other client servicing activities.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Must possess CMFAS certifications: M1A, M5, M6, M8, RES 1A, RES 2, RES 5, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP (or equivalent). Candidates without the required certifications must complete them within the stipulated timeframe.
- Experience or strong interest in wealth management, investments, or financial services.
- Good understanding of investment products and asset classes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
