Unison International - Global Executive Search is partnering with a leading, established organization in the BFSI sector for a high-impact Talent Acquisition leadership mandate.

Location: Gurugram

CTC: Up to 60 LPA

Experience: 12+ Years

Education: Tier-1 MBA / PG in HR (Preferred)

Industry: Open to all industries

Reporting: VP - HR

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 60 - 70% hands-on leadership hiring, primarily across non-distribution and corporate functions.

- Proven ability to personally close 40 - 50 senior leadership positions annually, with strong executive search and talent mapping expertise.

- Exceptional candidate influencing, executive engagement, negotiation and employer brand-selling capabilities.

- Comfortable operating in a predominantly Individual Contributor role, supported by 1 - 2 reportees.

- Strong stakeholder management, passive talent attraction and leadership pipeline development.

- Working knowledge of AI-enabled recruitment, executive compensation, ESOPs/RSUs, variable pay, benefits and HR operations.

IMPORTANT: This is not a conventional TA Head or large-team management role. We are seeking a hands-on leadership hiring expert who can personally attract, influence and close senior talent.
