Assistant Vice President Treasures Relationship Manager Consumer Banking Group

You will acquire and upgrade Treasures clients, manage and grow their assets under management, and deepen relationships through appropriate banking and wealth-management products. You will conduct portfolio reviews with specialists, resolve client queries, meet revenue objectives, uphold service standards, and follow sales, risk, AML, KYC, and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and upgrade Treasures clients in branch locations
• Grow assets under management and deepen client wallet share
• Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives
• Activate digital banking channels and grow savings books
• Implement product strategies through relationship management
• Conduct portfolio reviews with wealth, investment, and insurance specialists
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed turnaround times
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, risk reviews, AML, KYC, and due diligence requirements
• Organize client engagement events for prospect generation and relationship building

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HNI sales, wealth management, or private banking
• Understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition
• AMFI, IRDAI, or FEDAI certification is an advantage
• BCSBI certification is an advantage
• Graduate or postgraduate qualification with an MBA in a relevant field
• Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC requirements, anti-money laundering policies, financial markets, and financial products
