Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Operations

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end real estate operations, including post-sales, construction and technical approvals.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, SOPs, and performance metrics to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

- Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams, ensuring achievement of operational, revenue, productivity, and service-level targets.

- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, CRM, Compliance, and senior management to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of operational issues.

- Monitor operational performance through MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and periodic reviews, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Desired Profile:

- 15+ years of real estate operations experience, with substantial experience in a senior operations leadership role.

- Deep knowledge and current relevant experience of DCPR 2034 and UDCPR Maharashtra.

- Hands on experience in construction management and post sales operations along with necessary knowledge of legal and commercial frameworks.

- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or a related specialization preferred.
