Assistant Waiter for Dessert Bar

About the role

Are you passionate about customer service and would you like to be part of an innovative project in the center of Palma?

We are looking for a waiter/waitress assistant for a Dessert Bar opening soon in Jaime III. A new concept that combines specialty coffee, creative sweets, and an experience cared for down to the last detail.

What you'll do

• Customer service.
• Preparation and service of coffees, drinks, and desserts.
• Assembly and presentation of products.
• Cashier duties and POS management.
• Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the premises.
• Support in the opening and closing of the establishment.
• Other tasks inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in coffee shops, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, or similar establishments.
• Basic knowledge in the handling of professional coffee machines.
• Knowledge of the English language and other languages (French or German) will be valued.
• Dynamic, organized person, with initiative and customer orientation.
• Agility, good attitude, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of POS or restaurant management software.
