About the role
We are looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for our Tierra Astur restaurant in Oviedo. If you are looking for a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, steeped in tradition, and a team where you can learn and consolidate your experience in Asturian gastronomy, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
Continuous support to the front-of-house team in transporting dishes and drinks, setting up, clearing, and agile cleaning of tables, restocking materials, basic customer service, and support in pouring cider (highly valued), ensuring fluid service and a careful customer experience.
What we're looking for
Proven previous experience in similar positions (we especially value the management of high workloads).
