Assistant Warehouse Manager (East / 3PL) [EL]
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space for inbound shipments and inventory storage.
- Manage inventory accuracy through daily and weekly cycle counts.
- Ensure all picking and packing activities are completed within scheduled shipping timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements based on performance and customer feedback.
- Develop, review, and implement warehouse SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the logistics or FMCG industry.
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics planning.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
