In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for Corporate Banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance of production systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including code reviews, unit testing, and process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in software development, specifically in building enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with modern frontend technologies, including React or Angular, is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative, agile team environment.
