Associate Account Executive
About the role
As an Associate Account Executive, you'll bring Daxko's software to boutique fitness studios and help owners run stronger, more efficient businesses. You'll build relationships with studio operators, understand what's holding them back, and show them a better way forward. This is a launchpad role: you'll develop consultative sales skills, gain real SaaS experience, and directly grow our revenue.
What you'll do
- Run virtual product demos that show studio owners exactly how Daxko solves their biggest challenges
- Build a steady pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and marketing-sourced leads
- Get to know studio owners and decision makers well enough to recommend the right fit, not just a sale
- Hit monthly targets for outbound activity, demos, and new business
- Keep Salesforce accurate and current, from forecasting to opportunity tracking
- Guide prospects from first conversation to close using Daxko's consultative approach
- Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to set every new client up for a strong start
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year in inside sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Experience using a CRM to manage leads and track sales activity
- Comfort presenting or demoing products in a virtual setting
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
Nice to have
- 2+ years in SaaS or software sales
- Experience in health, fitness, or wellness
- Salesforce experience specifically
- Sales training or professional development certifications
