Associate Account Executive - Temp
General Summary
The Associate Account Executive - NC is responsible for helping to assist in managing wholesale accounts, sample follow up, order placement and various ad hoc projects. This position supports the Wholesale Accessories business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned wholesale accounts
- Coordinate order entry, confirmations and revisions with customers
- Ensure all customer requirements (labeling, packaging, routing guides) are communicated internally
- Work on sample requests from customers and make sure all are on time
- Manage data entry into customers systems.
- Communicate confirmed order quantities and delivery timelines to production teams
- Follow up and manage sample status with factories and customers
- Track customer calendar dates and keep all internal teams on schedule.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in fashion sales, wholesale, or production coordination preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales and production data
- Understanding of production timelines and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65, 000 - $70,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
