Associate AI Engineer
The Mission
AI should be practical, scalable, and embedded into real business processes. As an Associate AI Engineer, you will support the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that enhance how teams across Consumer Health operate β from marketing and commercial to product supply and R&D.
You will work alongside experienced AI Engineers and Data Scientists to help turn prototypes into reliable, production-ready systems, gaining hands-on experience with modern AI stacks and agent-based solutions.

Must-Have
β
Degree in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
β
1β2 years of experience in software engineering or AI-related roles
β
Strong Python programming skills
β
Basic hands-on experience with Generative AI systems
β
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
β
Basic API development skills (e.g., FastAPI)
β
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
β
Familiarity with databases (relational or vector) and containerization (Docker)
β
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and GitHub workflows
β
Strong problem-solving approach and willingness to learn
β
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have
β Exposure to RAG pipelines and working with unstructured data
β Basic knowledge of Text-to-SQL concepts
β Familiarity with multimodal document parsing
β Experience with Databricks ecosystem
β Awareness of AI evaluation or observability tools
β Interest in prompt engineering, context engineering and LLM optimization techniques
β Knowledge of Model Context Protocol for tool integration
β Exposure to Infrastructure as Code concepts
