Associate Analyst: Content
The Associate Analyst supports the planning, coordination and execution of content initiatives across CDW's digital channels. This role partners with stakeholders across marketing to help manage workflows, support content production, maintain project timelines and assist with reporting and operational activities. The Associate Analyst helps improve team processes, supports cross-functional initiatives and contributes to content programs that drive business objectives.
What you will do:
Support the planning, coordination and execution of content initiatives across multiple digital channels.
Assist with project management activities including timeline tracking, stakeholder communication and status reporting.
Help organize content calendars, production workflows and team planning activities.
Coordinate content requests and deliverables across content strategy, editorial, SEO, web, creative and marketing teams.
Support content audits, inventories and content governance initiatives.
Assist with gathering and reporting content performance metrics, helping identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain documentation, process guides and operational resources.
Help monitor project progress, identify potential risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
Support content optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across digital properties.
Assist with research, competitive analysis and stakeholder information gathering to inform content planning.
Support innovation and pilot initiatives, including AI-enabled content workflows and new content processes.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, collaboration and operational effectiveness.
What we expect of you:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, digital media or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, track deliverables and manage competing priorities while meeting established deadlines.
Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn new processes, technologies and evolving best practices in content, digital marketing and customer experience.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.
Experience supporting marketing, content, communications, project coordination, content operations or digital initiatives is preferred.
Familiarity with project management platforms, content management systems, collaboration tools or digital analytics platforms is a plus.
Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and content workflows, is a plus.
Pay range: $58,000 - $80,400 depending on experience and skill set
