Associate Analyst, EUC - Vulnerability Management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management, patching, and enterprise security tool deployment
• Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne, Ivanti Neurons, or similar) preferred
• Experience with Tenable preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred
• Windows and macOS patching experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools and analysis of CVE/CVSS/KEV findings
• Strong experience with Intune, Workspace ONE or similar deployment/administration platforms
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tenable and AI tools, plus strong Excel skills for vulnerability reporting and KPI tracking
• Experience providing L3 support and coordinating remediation with other teams
• Experience maintaining SOPs and governance documentation
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Comfortable communicating directly with end users to drive patching and remediation
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent
• Experience with POA&M/risk acceptance documentation or regulated/compliance-driven environments
