Associate Analyst - NOTAM
Summary
The Associate Analyst - NOTAM prepares and distributes NOTAMs in accordance with ICAO regulations, supports a 24-hour NOTAM office, and maintains the NOTAM database and records. Day-to-day work also includes handling queries and statistics, participating in the AIS Safety Committee, and keeping LAISI procedure documentation up to date.
NOTAM Function
- Preparing NOTAM when requested in accordance with ICAO regulations
- Provide support for the efficient running of 24-hour NOTAM office
- Prepare and distribute NOTAM summary
NOTAM Database and Records
- Maintain and update the NOTAM database
- Maintain the records of NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs
AIS Quality and Audit
- Record queries related to NOTAM and maintained all related statistics
- Initiate, investigate and clarify queries received
- Participate as a member of AIS Safety Committee
Procedure’s documentation
- Update the LAISI with the latest and correct procedures
