Location

St. Louis, MO (Brentwood area) – Full-time, on-site. Join our welcoming team in a professional office environment where collaboration, hands-on experience, and meaningful client relationships are part of your everyday work.

Note

An active Missouri law license is required. Illinois Bar admission is strongly preferred but not mandatory. We welcome attorneys at all career stages, including newly licensed attorneys and experienced practitioners. Candidates must be able to work on-site and be available to start by November 19, 2026.

Job Description

• Represent clients in commercial litigation, business disputes, banking, financial, and real estate matters.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage legal matters from initial assessment through negotiation, settlement, or resolution.
• Appear in court, participate in hearings, and assist with litigation and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical strategies that protect clients' interests.
• Negotiate agreements, settlements, and dispute resolutions.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver responsive, high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Missouri Bar license in good standing.
• Illinois Bar admission strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial litigation, business law, banking, or real estate law is a plus, but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Newly licensed attorneys, experienced associates, in-house counsel, and solo practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• No book of business required.
