*Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation*

Davis & Ceriani is a 7-10 attorney law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation and real estate transactions located in downtown Denver. We are seeking a litigation associate with 2-8 years of experience. Prior civil litigation experience, or experience clerking for an appellate court is required.

*Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*

· JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in good standing to the Colorado bar;

· Disciplined self-starter with excellent work ethic;

· Ability to plan ahead and manage both time and workflow with multiple direct reports;

· Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills;

· Detail oriented with strong organizational expertise;

· Strong analytical, legal research, and writing abilities.

Salary range is not inclusive of available origination and discretionary bonus payments.
