Associate Attorney - Construction Litigation

O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office is seeking a litigation associate with at least five (5) years of experience to join its Design Professional and Construction Groups. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters pertaining to architects and engineers, professional liability and construction litigation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience in construction litigation and/or professional liability defense.
  • Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
  • The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in IL.
