Associate Attorney
Position Overview
Halliam PLLC, is looking to hire an associate attorney with a passion for real estate financing transactions on both the lender and borrower side, who is an energetic hard worker, capable of handling high-stakes, complex financing transactions on an expedited timeline. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with commercial real estate finance, including loan originations, refinancings, mezzanine loans and similar transactions. This position will be based in the firm’s Boca Raton, Florida office.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a well-recognized and accredited law school
- Admission to a state bar and in good standing
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate finance with an AM Law 100 firm
- Understanding of real estate financing transactions and a strong desire to learn
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with a variety of complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including lender side and borrower side representations
- Ability to work in small teams and independently.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
