Litigation Associate (Mid-level to Senior)

Our client's East Coast-based law firm is currently looking to add an Associate Attorney to their Tampa office. This position will further assist their clients with Employment and General Liability litigation matters. They are a great firm that values providing top-quality and ethical legal work to their clients. All while maintaining an excellent company culture that fosters a healthy work-life balance for their employees. Flexible hybrid work model offered.

Requirements:

- FL Bar License Required: Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

- Litigation Expertise: At least 5+ years in litigation, specializing in Employment Litigation (non-union) and/or General Liability defense matters.

- Courtroom Experience highly preferred

- Full-cycle Litigation: Experience in managing cases from start to trial, underscored by strong legal writing and procedural knowledge.

- An Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, ready to make impactful contributions.
