What you will be doing:
- Actively manage litigation cases from case inception to trial
- Conduct depositions
- Engage in motion practice
- Perform trial advocacy
- Direct paraprofessional support
- Maintain and develop client relationships
Experience you will need:
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
