Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Represent clients in criminal defense and personal injury matters across a variety of court settings.
- Advocate zealously for clients and protect their legal rights throughout each stage of litigation.
- Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Attend hearings, meetings, conferences, and other proceedings while communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
- Negotiate settlements and work toward favorable resolutions for clients.
- Prepare cases for trial and present evidence before judges and juries when appropriate.
- Work closely with senior attorneys while progressively developing and managing your own caseload and litigation practice.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active North Dakota bar license.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
- Sound judgment, strong advocacy skills, and enthusiasm for developing creative legal solutions.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
