Litigation Associate Attorney

Requirements:

· Good Standing with the Florida Bar

· No Defense Attorneys

· Personal injury experience required.

· Mid level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) We will train.

· Case Management System - FileVine experience is also preferred but not required. We will train.

· Strong customer service focus

· Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization

· Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Education and/or Experience:

-Juris Doctorate

-Minimum experience is at least 5-10 years on Plaintiff's side with significant Plaintiffs trial experience.
