Associate Attorney (Remote)

We are currently seeking motivated associate attorneys who are qualified members of the California Bar. As an associate, you will be responsible for representing workers whose former employers violated their state or federal rights, including prosecuting claims for wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, etc. etc.
We have multiple positions open including, entry level positions for new attorneys that we will train, attorneys with 3-5 years of experience, and senior associate attorneys.
Our law firm offers a competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience starting at $77,000, while many attorneys earn over $120k including bonuses. In addition, we offer an unlimited paid time off policy and a completely remote work environment.
