Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager, Gastro Marketing

Major Responsibilities:

Associate Brand Manager (G14-15)
*Job grade will be determined depending on experience and qualifications

  • Develop marketing strategy and tactics with guidance and support from Senior Brand Manager
  • Strategically develop and deploy promotional materials and e-detailing initiatives
  • Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia to drive behavior change among HCPs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs to develop and execute brand strategies
  • Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with Cross-IBD team and Learning Excellence team
  • Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation

Brand Manager (G16)

  • Manage the launched brand by working closely with brand team members
  • Develop marketing strategy in close collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and execute brand strategies
  • Plan and execute promotional events such as sponsored seminars, stand-alone symposia to drive behavior change among HCPs
  • Strategically develop and deploy promotional materials and e-detailing initiatives
  • Plan and execute sales force training in collaboration with Cross-IBD team and Learning Excellence team
  • Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation

Essential Skills & Abilities:

For Associate Brand Manager

  • More than 1.5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry
  • Business-level Japanese
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical ability and an innovative mindset

For Brand Manager

  • More than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology, OR experience working on pharmaceutical projects in the strategy consulting industry
  • Business-level Japanese and intermediate-level English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, multitasking skills
  • Analytical ability and an innovative mindset

Education/Experience Required:

University degree or above
