Associate Business Operations

You will own and improve operational workflows across departments, create SOPs and playbooks, and reduce errors, delays, and manual work. You will manage cross-functional projects, track risks and dependencies, maintain dashboards and reports, support custody operations, reconcile assets, validate backup processes, streamline KYB, and identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows.
• Design and maintain SOPs playbooks and approval frameworks.
• Identify inefficiencies and reduce operational errors delays and manual work.
• Manage company-wide operational projects and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across Product Engineering Customer Success Finance Risk and Compliance.
• Track progress risks and dependencies using ClickUp or similar tools.
• Maintain operational dashboards performance metrics and MIS reports.
• Lead root cause analysis for operational errors SLA breaches and customer-impacting issues.
• Update risk registers voice of customer records and incident logs.
• Collaborate on custody signing operations and complete compliant transaction signing within four hours.
• Perform reconciliation and proof of reserves for client assets and liabilities.
• Update SOPs runbooks and training materials.
• Test and validate backup and recovery keys.
• Streamline KYB processes for customer onboarding.
• Support internal audit reviews and compliance with controls and regulations.
• Document and obtain approvals for key management activities.
• Lead adoption of task management CRM and ITSM tools.
• Identify automation opportunities and partner with technology teams on internal platforms.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Operations Program Management Consulting or similar cross-functional roles.
• Strong analytical process design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in technology fintech SaaS or regulated environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp Notion JIRA HubSpot Salesforce or operational dashboards.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and structure complex problems.
• Demonstrated ownership and end-to-end execution ability.
