Associate Business Process Analyst
Summary
An Associate Business Process Analyst at SLB's India Technology Centre in Pune supports SAP implementation, sustaining, and deployment activities across SLB's functional domains. Day to day this means learning SAP applications and SLB business processes, mapping requirements in workshops, testing and supporting deployments, and training end users.
About role
SLB India Technology Centre has an opening for a proactive individual for an Associate Business Process Analyst in one of the SAP Teams. The individual is expected to work with the functional domains in SLB for SAP Implementation, SAP Sustaining or SAP Deployment activities.
The individual is expected to learn the SAP applications along with the SLB Business Processes which will facilitate to deliver the above required services.
Key responsibilities
People
Be part of the multicultural team deploying and supporting SAP application across the globe
Be a close partner with the Business and providing software solutions
Technology/Functional
Learn SAP application and the design and execution of processes in the required domain
Participate in supporting the activities including monitoring of SAP Application with an aim to stabilize the same
Participate in deployment activities like participating in workshops, process mapping and identification of delta requirements and documentation of the requirements
Participate in testing of the SAP application and other cutover activities for the deployment of SAP in other countries
Participation in training of the end users and supporting them to use the application successfully, contributing to the adoption of the new application
Business
Engage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to capture business requirements,
Work closely with analysts, designers and SMEs
Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with IT.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential qualifications
Bachelor¹s degree in Engineering OR MBA in HR/Operations/Supply Chain
Bachelor’s in Computers / Engineering with a master’s in Operations/Supply Chain/HR
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Key competencies in functional area
Experience in Supply chain/ Operations in the industry
Experience in implementing business applications in a functional role is desirable but not necessary
Other skills and abilities
Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision
Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
